Ponar is a dark, surreal stop-motion film for adults. Inspired by real events that took place near Vilnius during the holocaust.
Synopsis:
In the darkness beneath the Ponar forest, a young Jewish man searches for the woman he loves. As a surreal world unfolds around him, the boundary between the living and the dead slowly dissolves.
